I'm a junior at a small high school. There's a girl who's a friend of mine that I would like to ask out, but that's sorta not how my school works. All the junior girls date senior guys, and almost all the junior guys are single. It doesn't help this girl is relatively popular, so not only are the senior guys seen as "options", but all the popular junior guys are too if she's willing to "date-down". At this point I'm sort of decided, but I'd really like a second opinion. I said I had already made up my mind, and I meant it.

So there's this senior that says "hi" to me everyday in the hallway for the last month. And last week he walked me to class and said that we should go on a date sometime I didn't exactly give him an answer, though. So if I did go out with him, would it be weird? I'm not really sure he even likes me all that much, because we never talk. And how do I find out if he really likes me?

So, I like this girl that I go to school with. She is a freshman, I am a sophomore. We know each other from swimming. I am going to ask her out, but some people say I am just looking for a "booty call" which is not true, I respect women more than that. But would it be weird if we dated?
