At the bus stop, Cartman, Kenny, and Stan are talking about Stan having ruined his new pajama top, all in overly effeminate voices. All three are also wearing new clothes that make them look gay - for example, Stan has a fishnet-style vest on, and Kenny has a new pink-purple parka. Kyle then arrives, in his normal jacket and ushanka. Cartman begins making fun at him, saying that his clothes are out of date - the three decide to give him a makeover, resulting in him looking gay too.

Kyle arrives at the bus stop to discover that Stan , Kenny , and Cartman are all dressing and acting like "metrosexuals" highly-stylish, highly-effeminate straight men. They immediately take Kyle to the mall for a full makeover, so he can "fit in. His dad heads over to Stan's house to talk about the issue, only to find all the South Park men are now dressing as metrosexuals and watching Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. When the boys go to school, they're stunned to see that they aren't the only ones who are stylishly dressed. Every boy in the school has jumped on the metrosexual bandwagon. When Kyle tells Chef that he still isn't sold on metrosexuality, he's advised to be himself instead of what's cool.

He requests The New Kid to go look for his cats around town and to return them to him. To begin the quest, head over to Big Gay Al's House, where he'll be seen standing outside smoking a cigarette.
After obtaining the Pause Timefart, this mission will become available. He commissions you to retrieve all of his cats scattered around South Park. To begin, head to Hillvale Farm on the northeast end of town.
